Not all DVD Players and Computers are Created Equal !

It's the player that is incompatible, not the disc. The first thing to keep in mind is that the disc you receive is 100% approved-form DVD compliant as specified by the DVD Consortium, a group of ten companies who originated the approved-form of DVD.

Will my disc work on any player? All of our DVD's are DVD-R compatible. Some earlier DVD players may not be DVD-R compatible. If this disc jumps, skips or is not recognized in your player, make sure there are no fingerprints, dirt or scratches on the disc. If the disc plays well on other machines, the problem is with the machine, and not the disc.

Will my disc work on any computer? Your disc will play on any computer that has the proper drive and software. Refer to your owner's manual and/or manufacturer for hardware and software requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse the replacement and/or refund of DVD-r's when due to a compatibility issue. We will however, be glad to replace them with a VHS version of the same production if available.
